Pave Pro was hired to recape the front steps, relay the stone walkway, add a walkway to the front sidewalk and fix the foundation enforcement, pitching and waterproofing. After relaying the stone walkway it now floods and all the concrete work is cracking and the stones are moving. Instead of recaping the front porch they just added a step at the top and bottom of the existing stairs. The bottom step is about 3 inch high making it difficult to use and the top is extremely rough. They ripped some of the stone walkway out to add the bottom step and never replaced the stones and never remove the wood from the stairs. They wired my top railing to the post. As for the foundation repair, they just put a layer over the existing cement and pour a 6 inch layer of cement around the house instead of fixing the pitching. No waterproofing was provided as my basement still leaks. I tried texting and calling them about when they would out to fix everyting At first they gave me a day they would come by but don’t show, then they said they would be buy but would give a day or time, now they are not returning my messages. It been over 2 months since they did the crapy work on my front porch. I would not recommend using them. Even getting written contract is no guarantee the work will be done correctly.
